More recently, Ron has achieved the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation by studying home & abroad to be able to competently handle the needs of his international relocation clients.  Ron did the majority of coursework for this designation in France.

Ron is twice certified as a short sale expert  in order to be able to meet the needs of those facing the possible loss of their home to foreclosure. Other professional designations Ron has been awarded after completing the associated educational and/or experiential requirements include Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS), from Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS,  Keller Williams Global Property Specialist (KWGPS) , EcoBroker for "Green" sustainability expertise and Certified Investment Analysis Specialist (CIAS) from the Charfen Institute.

Yes, it looks like alphabet soup after his name, however, achieving these meaningful educational designations demonstrates a passion and committment for staying current, cutting-edge as a competent REALTOR.  Agents who take their profession this seriously, stand head and shoulders above those agents who feel they know it all, and can learn by just doing, often costing their clients money left on the table, opportunity loss as well as legal liability issues. That notion does not serve the consumer well.

Ron was elected by his peers to Director of both the Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS and the Colorado Association of REALTORS.

Prior to his real estate career, Ron was a principal executive with a national marketing and consulting firm.  He has also been a sales manager for a major international travel company and continues to stay involved in international travel & real estate.  Throughout his careers, Ron has consistently utilized his degrees in finance and marketing from the University of Colorado.
